The management and resolution of chargeback disputes, the processing of claims, and ensuring a smooth experience for our e-commerce clients all depend on this position. The ideal up-and-comer will have serious areas of strength for an in discount and retail account administrations, especially all together handling and claims the executives.
Responsibilities Handle chargeback disputes pertaining to e-commerce transactions with precision.
oversee the management of claims and order processing for wholesale and retail accounts.
To handle disputes and transactions, use Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce retailer portals.
Keep meticulous records of chargeback cases, claims, and outcomes.
Work together with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that disputes are resolved promptly.
In order to meet deadlines, monitor, track, and report on the status of multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Word, as well as strong data entry skills (10-key by touch)
excellent communication abilities, both verbally and in writing.
