Requirements

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the energy or utility sector.
Proven track record of successful leadership and team management in a remote work environment.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a closely related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in project management software and operational analytics tools.
Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
