Duties and Responsibilities:

Management of multiple accounts simultaneously
Team support with complex bookkeeping and accounting concepts
Analysis of reports
High level communication with clients in an advisory and informational capacity
Ad hoc clean up projects
Obliterating the status quo for our clients and our team!

Qualifications and Requirements:

A passion for doing a great job and providing exceptional client and peer experiences.
A drive to raise the bar and continually grow and improve professionally
Ability to think on your feet and outside of the box
Ability to conduct yourself with confidence and authority on the subject matter
Experienced with Quickbooks Online
The ideal candidate will have bookkeeping experience in a variety of industries.
Experience working with a team, collaborating, and leaning on each other for support and help to ensure our clients always receive the highest level of service
A sense of humor, a love of animals, and a genuine joy working with a great group of fun people!

Starting at $50,000 per year and DOE
