Overview:
Seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor experience in leading teams, while ensuring efficient maintenance operations and upholding safety & quality standards.
Must Haves / Mandatory:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor handling direct and indirect reports
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting techniques
- Willingness to travel 75% statewide visiting various facilities and locations.
- General maintenance experience (HVAC, heating and ventilation, fire alarm systems, electrical, mechanical, CMMS, and conveyor (MHE) systems, etc.)

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians
- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules
- Conduct routine inspections and perform necessary repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
