Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for diverse roles across consumer services.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Collaborate with client hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job specifications.
- Leverage job boards and social media for effective candidate sourcing and outreach.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients, showcasing their strengths and experiences.
- Support candidates through the recruitment journey, providing guidance and insights.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and a strong command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage recruitment processes remotely.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred but not essential.
