Job Description

As an Online Support Assistant with Delta Airlines, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our passengers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries related to flight reservations, cancellations, and changes, as well as offering guidance on travel policies. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor s degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
