Job Qualifications

• Extensive Knowledge Of Travel Industry: A Qualified Travel Consultant Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Travel Industry, Including Airline, Hotel, And Car Rental Policies, As Well As Current Trends And Best Practices.
• Strong Communication Skills: As A Travel Consultant, Effective Communication Is Essential When Interacting With Clients, Suppliers, And Team Members. This Includes The Ability To Listen Actively, Ask Probing Questions, And Provide Clear And Concise Information.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Providing Exceptional Customer Service Is A Top Priority For American Express, And A Travel Consultant Must Possess Strong Customer Service Skills To Ensure A Seamless Experience For Clients.
• Attention To Detail: From Booking Flights And Hotels To Arranging Transportation And Activities, A Travel Consultant Must Pay Close Attention To Details To Ensure All Aspects Of A Trip Are Properly Planned And Executed.
