Conduct thorough testing of payment systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Analyze and troubleshoot any issues or errors that arise during testing.
Collaborate with the technology team to implement improvements and updates to the payment systems.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the integrity of the payment systems.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding payment system inquiries and issues.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in payment technology.
Develop and maintain comprehensive testing procedures and documentation.
Identify and report any potential risks or vulnerabilities in the payment systems.
Communicate effectively with team members and managers to provide updates on testing progress and any issues that arise.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of new payment features and functionalities.
