Full Job Description:-
We are looking for Team Supervisors who are highly motivated, has pride in their work, and can create wholesome and supportive workplace. We want Team Supervisors who will take "ownership of the shift" mentality and pride in its success. There is no specific formula for work history or education required just a willingness to learn, grow and succeed. The ideal candidate will possess the skills listed below:
- Provide customers with outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Have an exceptionally strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Be extremely personable, energetic, patient and enjoy working with the public.
- Have excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Money handling skills including registers, cash balancing and deposits.
- Be very adept at managing stress while working quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.
- Can maintain a clean as you go mentality.
- Has open availability and flexible to change.
- Manage all food safety regulations and follow restaurant safety procedures; ensure all required postings are visible and legible as determined by Operations and Human Resources.
- Provide a wholesome and supportive workplace.
- Implement and administer policies, procedures, and behaviors to ensure a safe and positive work environment.
- Ensure daily food safety compliance measures and operational standards.
- Communicate with the Restaurant General Manager and above restaurant leaders when necessary.

Qualifications and skills
- Be at least 18 years or older.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to communicate with co-workers and supervisors effectively verbally and in writing.
- Must be a team player and willing to demonstrate personal responsibility including but not limited to: being on time, in uniform, and treating others with how you would like to be treated, take pride in work and perform it with energy, empathy and engagement.

- Pass a background check upon hire/promotion and have a valid driver license.
