Overview:

We are seeking a talented Tableau Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and building dashboards in Tableau, alongside a deep understanding of SQL queries and data analytics. You will collaborate with various departments to translate data into visually compelling insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that provide valuable business insights.
Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve, analyze, and manipulate data for reporting and analysis.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all dashboards and reports.
Troubleshoot issues with existing Tableau dashboards and provide timely solutions.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure the integrity and consistency of data used in visualizations.
Continuously improve dashboard performance and usability.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in creating complex Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets, optimizing performance, and data manipulation.
Solid understanding of data analytics and the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven insights.
Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, or database management is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
