• Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts, serving as their primary technical point of contact.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop customized technical solutions to meet those needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Broadcom's products and services.
• Provide technical support and guidance to strategic accounts throughout the sales process and post-sales implementation.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Broadcom's products and services.
• Identify potential technical issues and work with cross-functional teams to proactively address and resolve them.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Broadcom's products and services, providing training and knowledge sharing to internal teams and strategic accounts.
• Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for product improvements or enhancements.
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide strategic account insights and feedback for future product development.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Broadcom, promoting our products and services to potential strategic accounts and at industry events.

Job Qualifications
