Key Responsibilities
- Engage in PRN, self-scheduling, and/or contract staffing within long-term care facilities and assisted living environments.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care and assist with essential daily activities, including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nutritional intake, and more.
- Facilitate ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises for patients.
- Monitor and accurately document vital signs, intake/output, blood glucose levels, and any changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of nurse aides and/or medication aides to implement and follow care plans.
- Observe patients and communicate with facility supervisors regarding any necessary modifications to care plans, medications, or medical equipment.
- Undertake additional nursing responsibilities as required.
Required Skills
- Possession of an active RN license in South Dakota, or eligibility through reciprocity/multi-state.
- Maintenance of required certifications.
- While experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
- A strong commitment to compassionate patient care and effective communication skills.
Qualifications
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience in nursing is highly regarded but not required.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from \(45 to \)47+, paid weekly or biweekly.
