What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist bank customers in tracking shipments and managing reward points
- Handle inbound calls to book travel using accrued points for flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises
- Process cancellations and refunds for shipments and reward points
- Provide excellent customer service in a "yes environment"
- Support customers with website navigation and product purchases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required (must be on resume)
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service and call center experience
- Exceptional phone and communication skills
- Strong ability to engage and assist customers effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a banking or financial services environment
- Bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base
