Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Lead to spearhead our testing team. With a strategic approach to regression and performance testing, coupled with a solid grasp of CI/CD processes, our ideal candidate will champion the quality assurance of our software solutions, ensuring they meet rigorous standards.

Skills:

Proficient in regression testing using automation tools, with a focus on Selenium.
Experience in performance testing with JMeter.
Knowledgeable in API testing using tools such as Postman.
Expertise in security testing methodologies.
Familiarity with database testing.
Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (GitLab, Jenkins).
Knowledgeable in test case management and project management tools, specifically Jira.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain test plans, scripts, and cases.
Construct Test Estimates and Schedules.
Perform risk analysis and assure test coverage.
Uphold standards and processes to address client queries effectively.
Conduct Web Testing including security, performance, load, and stress tests.
Execute System, Integration, and Regression Testing.
Design and implement automation frameworks.
Integrate automation within the existing system.
Specialize in database testing.
Utilize tools like JMeter for performance tests.
Work in tandem with developers, product managers, and designers for API testing.
Manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
Analyze test outcomes for development collaboration.
Monitor performance benchmarks and address regressions.
Produce and distribute RCA charts and preventive measures.
Maintain transparent QA progress updates.
Provide technical support and process guidance to enhance performance parameters.

Qualifications

Required Qualification:

4 to 8 years of experience in QA.

A degree in BE/BTech in Computer Science or related fields, MSc in Computer Science, or MCA.

Preferred Skills and Qualification:

4-8 years in Testing (manual & automation) with at least 2 years in Selenium automation.
Proficient in web & mobile native application automation testing.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams.
Agile environment automation testing proficiency.
Competent in performance testing of web applications.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of security testing concepts and methodologies.
Familiarity with Jira, Gitlab.
Knowledge of Java, Python, and other programming languages.
