As the Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers. As such, you will inform and engage with prospective customers to ensure that they feel valued in every transaction. In this position, prospective clients will be enticed to find out how Rapid Visa / Boundless can meet their immigration requirements while providing exceptional service that fosters trustworthy, long-term relationships. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and proficient in English. They are motivated by performance-driven success, are excited to disrupt an outdated industry, and have a passion for helping other people.

You will collaborate closely with our Sales Manager, Team Leaders, Trainers, and QA Specialists in this position.

What You'll Do: Educate, plan, and successfully sell customers on the advantages of RapidVisa's and Boundless's products and services. Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals. Make FIVE-STAR first impressions on customers, which will lead to long-term customer loyalty and trustworthiness. Answer inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, or emails regarding sales inquiries of all RapidVisa's and Boundless' clients, looking for customer insight and qualified prospects. Follow up
Other duties as assigned; where it is necessary for the overall operation of the company.
About You: At least one year of experience in the call center industry, preferably in a sales position. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written (conversational). Prior experience with immigration processes is an advantage. Self-motivated individual who has demonstrated the ability to work in a target-based environment and achieve sales goals and objectives. Able to use scripts to provide information about services. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices and call center telephony and technology. Excellent phone and active listening skills. Good data entry
