Your Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will set the tone for their experience with us. Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Ordering and managing office supplies
Greeting patients warmly and efficiently checking them in
Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic calendar
Maintaining and updating patient records with precision
Verifying insurance details and collecting co-pays/fees
Handling phone calls, emails, and other communications
Assisting with billing and administrative tasks
Contributing to a positive team environment

Job Details

Type: Full-time (36-40 hours per week)
Pay: Starting from $15.00 per hour
Location: Virginia Beach, VA (Relocation required before starting work)
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday

Requirements

Experience: Customer service (1 year preferred), medical terminology (1 year preferred), and computer skills (1 year preferred)
Language: Spanish (preferred)
