Key Responsibilities
- Review transcribed Korean MS Word files to ensure the highest standards of text accuracy
- Identify and correct spelling, punctuation, grammar, and style errors
- Adhere to the source document format to maintain alignment with formatting standards
- Maintain detailed records of quality reviews and share insights with stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions to enhance the quality
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments
- Work closely with team members to address challenges and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- University Degree in Translations/Linguistics or related fields
- Fluent in Korean (reading, writing) – TOPIK level 5 or above, or equivalent
- Strong command of both written and verbal English language.
- Proficiency in Office 365; familiarity with CAT tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in the medical and life sciences fields is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and time management skills
