The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures and will enjoy working with a diverse team. The ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Ensure the safety of passengers on all flights.
  3. Remain up to date on all safety protocols and procedures.
  4. Assist with boarding and disembarking of passengers.
  5. Provide passengers with information about the flight, amenities, and in-flight services.
  6. Serve meals and beverages to passengers.
  7. Demonstrate friendly and professional attitude to passengers.
  8. Maintain a clean and orderly cabin throughout the duration of the flight.
  9. Assist passengers with special needs.
  10. Resolve any customer complaints or issues.
  11. Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  12. Possess a valid passport and driver’s license with the ability to obtain a valid airport badge.

Job Qualifications
