Overview:

Toyota Financial Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for End-User Compute (EUC) to lead the engineering team in the automation of manual processes across our organization. This role requires a visionary leader, with hands-on engineering experience, who can drive the transformation of our end-user computing environment by identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve the overall user experience of our hybrid workforce.

Responsibilities:

Leading the development and execution of a strategic roadmap for automating manual processes within the EUC environment.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities that enhance self-service capabilities and align with business goals.
Designing, deploying, and integrating automation solutions that empower users to resolve issues and perform tasks independently through self-service channels.
Managing and mentoring a team of EUC specialists and automation engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key vendors, ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of automation initiatives.
Ensuring that all automation processes adhere to company security policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in End-User Computing (EUC) or IT management roles, with a focus on process automation and self-service solutions.
Proven experience with automation tools and technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), scripting, and AI-driven solutions for self-service applications.
Hands-on experience implementing and managing End User Software, Hardware, and Platforms at an Enterprise level, including Operating Systems, device selection, lifecycle planning, and supplier management.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, desktop management, and self-service support environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with a track record of successfully implementing self-service automation projects.
Excellent vendor management skills, including contract negotiation and performance management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
