As a Virtual Assistant at Delta Airlines, you will perform various administrative tasks to support our teams. The role is designed for individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational skills. Requirements:

– Resident of Georgia

– Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

– High-speed internet connection

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Strong organizational skills

– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities:

– Manage executives’ calendars and schedule meetings

– Handle and prioritize correspondence, including emails and phone calls

– Prepare reports, presentations, and data entry as needed

– Organize and maintain digital files and records

– Assist in the coordination of team projects and tasks

– Provide customer service support as required

– Perform other administrative duties as assigned
