Responsibilities
- Client Support: Assist customers with policy-related inquiries, changes, and claim submissions.
- Policy Review: Review customer policies to ensure accuracy and provide recommendations when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about various insurance products to provide relevant information to clients.
Requirements
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on active listening and problem-solving.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain accuracy while processing information and handling customer requests.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to work effectively with colleagues.
- Professionalism: Present a positive and approachable demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.
- Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance principles and products is a plus.
- Location Requirement: Must be able to work from our office in Holt, MI.
