Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.
Problem Solving: Utilize effective problem-solving techniques to resolve customer complaints or concerns, ensuring a satisfactory outcome for both the customer and the company.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures. Compile and submit daily and weekly reports on customer feedback and service performance metrics.
Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the company’s products and services to effectively assist customers and provide them with relevant information and recommendations.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (such as sales and logistics) to facilitate order processing, issue resolution, and to improve overall customer experience.
Self-Management: Effectively manage time and prioritize workload to meet customer needs and enhance service delivery in a remote setting.
Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills while adapting to changing service needs and industry trends.

Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus, but not mandatory.

Experience:

No prior experience is required; however, experience in customer service or related fields will be an asset.
