• Conduct medication therapy management reviews to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide support for specialty pharmacy services, including prior authorizations and insurance verifications.
• Assist with medication adherence programs and patient education initiatives.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency in pharmacy software systems and electronic health records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing and documentation.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a clinical or specialty pharmacy setting.
