Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, promptly responding to questions and addressing concerns to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Data Entry & Management:Maintain accurate client records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring that all information is updated and effectively organized.
  • Client Support:Assist clients with account setup, transactions, and provide guidance on using eBay services. Resolve any technical issues or inquiries with a focus on providing solutions.
  • Relationship Building:Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
  • Follow-Up:Conduct follow-up communications after initial interactions to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Gather feedback and suggestions to guide service improvements.
  • Collaboration with Teams:Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to communicate client insights and support initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall client experience.
  • Reporting:Compile and analyze client feedback, reporting trends and insights to supervisors to aid in decision-making and strategy development.
  • Participate in Training:Engage in ongoing training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and client interaction skills, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of eBay's offerings.
  • Contribute to Sustainability Initiatives:Participate in company-wide initiatives focused on environmental responsibility and sustainability, aligning with eBay’s commitment to responsible practices.

Requirements:

  • Education:High school diploma, or equivalent; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience:No prior experience required. An eagerness to learn and grow within the role is essential.
