Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Handle incoming calls, texts, and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Act as the first point of contact, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.

Issue Resolution:

Analyze customer needs and provide fitting solutions while adhering to company policies.
Document customer interactions and resolutions in detail within the company's database to maintain service quality and continuity.

Research and Analysis:

Conduct research to gather information that may assist customers with more complex inquiries.

Collaboration and Communication:

Engage in training sessions and selfstudy to stay updated on products, policies, and procedures.
Provide feedback on the training process and suggest improvements based on personal experience and customer interaction.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the consumer goods or tobacco industry.

Educational Background:

High school diploma required; a degree in a related field (such as business administration, marketing, or communications) is a plus.

Resourceful: Ability to find solutions using existing resources and seek assistance when necessary.
Resilient: Capable of maintaining composure and professionalism in highpressure situations.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical skills to assess information accurately and effectively address customer concerns.
Proficient research skills to gather information from multiple sources to assist customers.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Comfortable using various communication tools and platforms for remote work.
