Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner.
Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, and general inquiries about Amazon services and products.
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers, escalating complex cases when necessary.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of Amazons products, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate information.
Handle customer complaints, offering quick resolution while maintaining a positive attitude.
Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Participate in training and team meetings to stay updated on Amazon policies and new product offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related role is an asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
A quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet access for remote work.
