Duties
- Execute order fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, and shipping products.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and manage stock levels effectively.
- Load and unload shipments with precision, ensuring all items are handled safely.
- Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
- Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to maintain an organized work environment.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting discrepancies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance mechanical knowledge and operational skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and package handling techniques.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating equipment safely.
- Experience with quality control practices to ensure product integrity.
- Proficient in using RF scanners for inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving common goals.
