The candidate will provide business travelers with any and all requested travel services, including domestic and international air, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and more. Give quality client care to various corporate clients who travel locally as well as globally, while precisely dealing with all movement demands, following the suitable interaction and methodology. In a call center, essential duties and responsibilities include responding to client inquiries and requests via phone, email, text/SMS, or online booking tool.

To successfully fulfill travel requests, make use of the queues, scripts, and programmable keys of the Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS).
